Previously, Arnold worked as an M&A Analyst at Cass Merger & Acquisition Research Centre (MARC) and served as a Research & Investment analyst at Genghis Capital (Kenya). His coverage spanned across multiple sectors including Real Estate, Agriculture & Investment sector within the Kenyan stock market as well as the SSA region.

He holds an MSc degree in Investment Management from Cass Business School (London, UK) and a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from the University of Kent (Canterbury, UK)
